A community of Kaş villas
The newly built 2022 Notos Villas are a small community of private villas located within the scenic and natural area of Kas. The development is set on a hillside and boasts mountainous and panoramic Aegean Sea views. Offering a tranquil hideaway approximately a 16-minute drive from the town of Kas, the villas are built upon Lycians walk, a historic walk way which starts from Fethiye and proceeds all the way through Kalkan, Kas and up to Antalya.
The Notos life offers a collection of private villas, each with a private pool, terrace and garden which grows organic fruit and vegetables for guests to pick and use for wholesome family meals. The villas were planned and built to enrich the historic land and respect the nature around them, while also providing spacious living for their guests.
Whilst these villas provide their own private space, there are communal areas within the development where guests can find a tennis court, multipurpose sports field and take part in yoga or swim in the larger communal pool. There is also an onsite gastropub, specialising in Vegan and Vegetarian meals, where guests can enjoy food and drink.
Beaches & sea access
There are a variety of hotels and beach clubs within Kas that offer direct access into the turquoise sea. These range from around a 15 to 25 minute drive away from the Notos Villas.
The nearest public sandy beach would be Kaputas Beach, a relatively small, yet beautiful beach which sits between Kas and Kalkan. There are around 200 steps to get down to the beach and sun loungers and parasols are also available to rent. The beach benefits from a cafe/restaurant.
Supermarkets & shopping
The closest supermarket is a Migros Jet located approximately a 20-minute drive from the Notos Villas. There is also a Muhtar AVM (Supermarket & Wine/Liquor Shop) approximately a 25-minute drive away. For guests who do not feel like heading out to do the food shop, there is a delivery service available.
Dining
Alongside the Notos Villas very own gastropub, the town of Kas is packed full with a variety of restaurants and bars, whether you are looking for an authentic Turkish meal, a good cocktail, taste of an international cuisine or somewhere to enjoy fine dining.

Activities
There are lots of water-based activities that guests can enjoy whilst on holiday in Kas. Some of the most popular include boat trips, diving, and water sports such as paragliding. Relaxing spa days and trekking/safari excursions are also popular to do in the area.
