We are delighted to be able to offer Villa Murphy located in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan. Recently completed in 2021, this villa has 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Murphy has been conceived with the guest experience, comfort, and stylish interiors as guiding principles, and we believe the architects and designers involved in this project and the sister villa Villa Enhave (the adjacent villa) have produced something special here. Accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with 3 doubles, along with a twin bedroom.

Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen features stylish white units with dark marble work tops and modern appliances including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and water cooler. The dining table has seats to accommodate all guests and views from the floor to ceiling windows with access directly to the pool terrace. The property is air-conditioned throughout. The living area features a stylish, comfortable sofa, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The whole floor is fronted by full height windows allowing light to flood into the house and make the most of the sea views. Cool white, grey, and cream tones along with marble flooring are used throughout the villa to create a modern and serene place to relax.
First floor
The master bedroom can be found on this floor and features Jacuzzi, TV and a furnished sea view balcony with a table and two chairs, a great location to watch the sunset. There are two further bedrooms to be found on this floor; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms, a TV.
Pool terrace
Villa Murphy has a private pool with a sunken sunbathing area. The pool terrace not only benefits from incredible views of the sea and Kalkan harbour but also boasts comfortable seating, al-fresco dining, sun loungers with parasols and a BBQ. Whether you are looking to soak up the sun or curl up with a book in the swinging egg chair, there is plenty of space for all.
Location
Villa Murphy is just a 15-minute walk to Kalkan's Old Town, Beach and Harbour along a coastal pathway or a 2-3-minute drive. The popular Palm Beach Club and Zest Beach Club are situated are short walk from the villa. Once there you can enjoy an excellent lunch, indulge in some water sports or just soak up the sun from the wooden sundeck over the water.
