Villa Afsana is one of two very similar neighbouring properties (Setara is the other) that sit in a premium location close to the sea and Palm Beach club in the popular and sought after area of Komurluk in Kalkan. Designed to maximise the impact of the magnificent views from this position, Afsana uses glass in its construction to open up the views from many parts of the property to spectacular effect. Interior design and furnishings here are contemporary and comfortable, with splashes of colour in the artwork that look great against the cool white walls.

We are delighted to be able to offer Villa Afsana located in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan. The property has 4 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, a roof terrace and sea and mountain views.
Afsana can be booked with its neighbouring " sister property " Villa Setara extending occupancy to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and the one bedroom property Villa Nana, located in front and below extends the occupancy even further to 18.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a lovely open plan living, dining and
kitchen area. The living area is double-height with panoramic views
and is furnished in a contemporary style.
The kitchen-diner is well equipped with modern appliances
including gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher, large
fridge-freezer, microwave oven and coffee machine plus a dining
table with 8 seats.
The living area has a Smart flat-screen TV which has access to the
internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime, a DVD player and has an
excellent sound system.
The whole floor is fronted by full-height windows which allow
light to flood into the house and make the most of the sea views.
Cool white and cream tones are used within the interior design
creating a tranquil place to relax.
The first of the villa's four bedrooms is located on this level -
a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (the twin beds in this
room can also be configured as a double if preferred). This room
has views out onto the terrace.
First floor
The master bedroom (with king size bed) is located on this floor -
this bedroom is approximately 40 square metres and features a
free-standing Jacuzzi bath from which to enjoy views of the sea and
mountains. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a separate
dressing room and a private sea view balcony.
Second floor
Two further bedrooms are arranged on this floor.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bath/shower room and a
dressing area. This bedroom can be configured as a double or a
twin. The second of the bedrooms on this floor has an en-suite
shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom has a king size
bed. Sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from both bedrooms
and they each have access to the villa's roof terrace which
extends the width of the villa.
Outside
Villa Afsana has an infinity pool with Jacuzzi jets, a
children's pool and terraces on three sides that provide an
al-fresco dining area, an outside sofa seating area, sun loungers
and BBQ.
The walk to central Kalkan will take 10-12 minutes along a coastal
pathway. The popular Palm Beach Club and the brand-new Zest Beach
Club are situated below the villas so it's just a couple of
minutes' walk to either. Once there you can enjoy an excellent
lunch, indulge in some water sports or just soak up the sun from
the wooden sun-deck over the water.

High ceilings and floor to ceiling glass windows allow light to flood the interior, and outdoors the pool terrace is just as impressive. The villa's desirable position so close to the sea means that it is ideal for those who like to make the most of Kalkan's beach clubs, with some of the very best on your doorstep. Additionally, for larger friend or family groups Villa Afsana can work well alongside its sister villa, Villa Setara, or the smaller Villa Nana." |

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Afsana can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Afsana and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Afsana as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The views from the terrace were amazing overlooking the infinity pool and across the bay. It was a fairly easy walk into Kalkan for an evening and lovely to spend a day at the Palm Beach Club below. Would also highly recommend a boat trip!
Villa Afsana is a beautiful modern villa in the perfect location.
The position of the Villa was fantastic it will be a hard one to beat and the location to the beach club was great. Stunning views and we did not want to leave. It was so lovely we wanted to buy the property.
We've just come back from a week in Villa Asfana in mid June. The villa is just as the pictures show it - clean, minimalist, fresh and bright - and BIG! All the rooms are really generous sizes and the double height feature lounge is stunning (albeit the sound travels to the master bedroom above) and we loved the spa bath in the main bedroom! The views and the infinity pool are to die for - it gets the evening sun (you'll take daily sunset pictures!) in our opinion, it is definitely on the best side of the bay! The staff are lovely and a special thanks to the guest service staff - nothing was too much trouble and he was very responsive to any requests! A couple of suggestions (constructive feedback) - the kitchen is a little "light" on equipment for self-catering. There's plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc, but an extra pan/oven tray and some sharper knives would be useful! And if like us, you are wondering whether a luxury villa is equipped with washing up liquid/dishcloth/dishwasher tabs etc and maybe some favourite condiments/oils - then unfortunately not! Would have been a nice touch. So, overall - we're already looking at dates for next year for our return trip - enough said!
By far the best Villa we have stayed at so far in Kalkan, Villa Afsana had everything and more. The views are unbelievable! Amazing!!....... WOW!
