About Xanthos:

Xanthos is the first Republic capital in the world. It is the capital of the Lycian league and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Xanthos is home to wonderfully preserved ruins including a large amphitheatre, an abundance of tombs, marbeled floors of an ancient palace and pathways.

About the Saklikent Gorge:

It is the second largest gorge of Europe (17.9 km/11.2 miles) and you will have the opportunity to walk along the gorge which is 2km. Yo can participate in many of the activities they offer or simply relax and enjoy the view.

About Patara Beach:

Patara beach is one of the longest beaches in Turkey it is 18 km of golden sand. It is also the home of the protected Caretta Turtle. 

 

Itinerary

Begin at Xanthos and explore all it has to offer.

Next you will stop at the Saklikent Gorge where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch.

Your last stop will be Patara Beach where you will have plenty of time to swim and soak up the sun.

The trip will end in Kalkan.
