Accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, this property has a private infinity pool, gym, pool table and table tennis to keep everyone entertained. A new upper floor hosts a large master/ honeymoon suite with its own twin Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, double basins & WC’s. The room has glass doors which open onto a spacious roof terrace complete with a private hot-tub, private bar and spectacular views of the bay.
The ground floor
Adjacent to a pleasant, Turkish style walled garden, the
ground floor accommodation comprises 2 double en suite bedrooms and
a living area. The main bedroom has a round Jacuzzi bath and there
is also a gym equipped with cross trainer and tread mill. Outside a
pool table and table tennis are provided. There are garden views
from this floor.
The first floor
This is the main living and dining area and at 110 square
metres is very spacious indeed. This area comprises an open plan
lounge, kitchen, and area for dining. Full length sliding glass
doors and windows afford lovely sea and mountain views. The pool
terrace can be accessed from this level, with a large private pool,
outdoor dining area and spacious sunbathing terrace.
Second floor
The second floor comprises the remaining 3 bedrooms; 2
doubles and 1 twin, all with modern, en-suite bathrooms and sea
view balconies. The master bedroom is spacious, and includes a
raised, decked area with a sink and free-standing Jacuzzi bathtub.
A large private balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offer
beautiful vistas to enjoy.
Third floor
There is now a new 3rd floor with a 2nd master bedroom suite
with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double
basins and WCs plus a double Jacuzzi bathtub. The bedroom has
access to a spacious roof terrace with beautiful sea views,
comfortable seating, and a Jacuzzi tub. Gaia Residence is in a
convenient location, just a 12-minute walk from Kalkan's town, and
around 5 minutes from the nearest shops and restaurants. This
property has its own private gated car port for parking.

There is now a bar around the poolside and a roof
terrace bar and Ottoman seating in the garden.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Gaia Residence can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Gaia Residenc and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Gaia Residenc as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Absolutely loved this place. The villa is huge spread over 4 floors, perfect for friends sharing who still want their own space. Kalkan is within walking distance , full of bars and restaurants. Excellent taxi services if you dont want to walk anywhere a whatsapp message away. Can not praise it enough. Excellent location.
Size was perfect for an extended family. All rooms a good size and everything you needed to there.
Very spacious property, clean and well appointed.
Kalkan is a stunning part of Turkey and Villa Ada 2 is an excellent base for exploring the local area. The villa is beautifully decorated and very relaxing, we spent most days enjoying the view and pool and sun! Evenings are best spent wandering the gorgeous town or buying great quality fresh food at the grocers and butchers for a BBQ at home.
