No matter what time of day or night, Villa Zin's concierge team will be on-hand to make sure your holiday is the best that it can be. Whether this is assisting with excursions and reservations, room service, private transportation, laundry services, babysitting services and much more, they will be able to cater to your every need. Villa Zin's complex also features its very own Moroccan restaurant-style dining room. Here you will have your breakfast catered for daily and lunch/dinner is available to book on request for an additional cost. The cooks offer refined Moroccan cuisine and use a wide variety of spices and fresh produce. The staff at Villa Zin are on-site residents at the property and have their own private accommodation.
Accommodation
Villa Zin offers guests up to 8 Oriental, authentic Moroccan suites and rooms, all of which have been carefully designed and have vibrant splashes of colour. The main building, consisting of the three suites and the Jasmin rooms, is also home to a large, cosy lounge which opens up onto the gardens and swimming pool area.
Chems Suite
The spacious Chems Suite features a king size bed, nicely complimented by bed linen with batik motifs, an en-suite bathroom with a black marble bath, a private lounge with a fireplace creating a warm atmostphere and a furnished private terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. The suite features Moroccan lanterns to spread soft and colourful light, wall openings worthy of the greatest palaces of Marrakech, Tadelakt and wooded Mediterranean-style decor and a traditional style rug.
Quamar Suite
Inspired by luxurious Moroccan architecture, the Quamar Suite creates an intimate atmosphere where guests can unwind. The suite features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, an indoor fireplace and a furnished private terrace overlooking the garden, pool area and beyond to the Atlas Mountains.
Nejma Suite
The Nejma Suite has accents of Moroccan architecture and design, along with a contemporary touch which helps to create a warm and luxurious living space. Tadelakt walls with subtle colours, Moroccan lanterns and bedside lamps provide an elegant glow. This suite features a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, an indoor fireplace and a furnished private terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.
Jasmine, Bouganainvillea, Olivier, Oasis, Casctus & Rosemary Rooms
The six traditional rooms, with their Berber design, each feature a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a furnished private terrace which overlooks cascading bougainvillea and an olive grove.
Pavilion Ombre
A little further from the main house, nestled in the bougainvillea-covered walls sits the Pavilion Ombre, which is perfect for guests who are looking to have a little more privacy. Built with ourika stone, the Pavilion Ombre is 66sqm and consists of a lounge, double bedroom, large bathroom, dressing room and a private terrace. The decoration of the pavilion honours rural Berber furniture with its wood and leather accents.
Pavilion Musc
A second pavilion, also built with ourika stone, can be found next to the spa and wellness centre. This pavilion is inspired by traditional Moroccan charm with a slight contemporary perspective. The Pavilion Musc features a lounge with an indoor fireplace, a large bedroom, bathroom and dressing room with briquette vaulted ceilings. Guests also benefit from their own furnished terrace overlooking the gardens.
Outside
At the centre of Villa Zin's vast landscaped gardens, you will find the private swimming pool surrounded by grand palm trees and furnished with a selection of sun loungers, parasols and daybeds for guests to relax on. A large, shaded al-fresco dining area with space for up to 16 guests and a comfy seating area with a coffee table also overlooks the shimmering pool. Swimming pool heating is available for €150 per week.
Spa and wellness
Awaken your senses and indulge in Villa Zin's spa and wellness centre where an array of treatments are on offer to guests to help provide ultimate relaxation. A traditional Hammam, steam room, indoor pool and spa; where guests can enjoy massages with Argan oil, make up this centre. These spa facilities are available for an additional charge. Guests are also welcome to use Villa Zin's modern fitness room, complete with cardio equipment and weight/resistance machines. Personalised fitness plans are available on request for an additional charge.
Pricing
Villa Zin is offered for exclusive private rental and the price shown is for up to 20 guests on a bed and breakfast basis in 9 suites and 1 room. An additional 5 rooms are available to accommodate an addition 12 guests for an additional price, accommodating a maximum of 32 guests.
