Accommodation overview
Riad Timila sleeps up to twelve adults in six bedroom suites, complete with goose down pillows, beautiful bedlinen, wonderful mattresses, air-conditioning and chic shower rooms, each individually styled for low-key luxury.There is plenty to discover at Timila; it's full of special places for curling up with a book or a chat with a friend. Have a massage or a sundowner on the top terrace, a dip in the pool or a yoga session, or perhaps a movie in the media room - and of course full Wi-Fi and free internet throughout the house meaning that you can stay in touch should you wish to.
Staff
Riad Timila is fully staffed throughout your stay.The riad manager Brahim will ensure that you have everything you need during your holiday. He speaks excellent English and French and is an expert guide to all that Marrakech has to offer, from guided tours of the city's highlights to tables at the best restaurants and clubs, from hot air ballooning to a belly-dancing lesson. Camp under the stars in the desert, ride a camel, learn to make an authentic tajine, trek or ski in the Atlas Mountains - Brahim will do all he can to assist.The riad's smiling butler Ismail and fabulous cook Henia are also dedicated to making your stay perfect.
Chambre Bronze
Complete with a Super King-size bed, open fireplace and a moucharabieh window overlooking the pool courtyard, Chambre Bronze is Timila's honeymoon suite. This suite offers the ultimate privacy and has a private bhou; a cosy open-fronted nook, sitting area and staircase.
Chambre bleue
Chambre Bleue is Timila's most contemporary bedroom, with a King-size bed, a dressing room and a fabulous shower room housing a wonderful mask collection. Set on the ground floor with leafy pool views, this room is spacious and sophisticated, showcasing the Timila trademark mix of contemporary art and ancient craft.
Chambre Ivoire
Decorated in shades of white, cream and silver, Chambre ​Ivoire is a beautiful and romantic room. An extraordinary bedhead made from an old fortress door, views into the fountain courtyard and a vintage sequined rug and bedspread add to its special charm. The room has its own bhou with a vibrant pink sofa, reflecting the colours of the cascading bougainvillea.
Chambre Verte
Small but perfectly formed, Chambre Verte is bright, sunny and overlooks the fountain courtyard.  It has a four-poster bed and a fabulous old painted shuttered mirror.
Chambre Rouge
Chambre Rouge offers twin beds which can be joined to make a King-size bed if required. Dual aspect, it looks over the derb on one side and the fountain courtyard on the other. It's fun and funky, has a fabulous walk-in shower and an eclectic mix of ancient and modern artefacts that create a cool vibe.
Chambre Rose
As the family room, which is most suited for children and teenagers, Chambre Rose has both a double bed and a single along with a stylish bathroom which is finished in grey tadelakt.
Pool & Spa
The tranquil deep blue pool is the central feature of one of the courtyards. It's not huge, but it is a great place to cool off after the heat of the souks or sun loungers.Timila's roof-top hammam and massage room will leave you squeaky clean and baby soft. It is also possible to arrange roof-top yoga and beauty treatments to complete the spa experience.
Roof terraces
Loungers, parasols and a cool-off shower cater for the sun-worshippers, while the shady roof-top dining area can comfortably seat up to twenty guests. The views from the top terrace are stunning - you can watch the sun set behind the Koutoubia mosque and the snow sparkle on the Atlas Mountains.
Food & Drink
A delicious breakfast is included in the rental cost and all other meals are available to order - just speak to Brahim and let him know if you would like lunch or an evening meal (this would be paid for locally). Henia, Timila's talented cook, is able to whip up whatever you fancy, ranging from a simple omelette to an elaborate celebration banquet. Henia is also happy to cater for vegetarians and other special diets.

There's a well-stocked honesty bar/drinks fridge on the roof terrace - help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks whenever you fancy.
