Villa Skaros offers a captivating escape on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, where breath-taking views of the Greek Island of Meis and Büyük Çakıl Beach unfold before you. Completed in 2024, this villa boasts sea views from all rooms, a large outdoor area featuring a private pool and al-fresco dining space, as well as a stylish and welcoming interior and additional amenities such as a table tennis table and well-equipped bar. Villa Skaros utilises large sliding glass doors wherever possible and is ideally positioned to enjoy long days by the pool and beautiful views of the sun setting in the evening. Kas town is easily accessible via a 7-8 minute drive or approximately a 25 minute walk, and the closest beach is within a 10 minute walk.

Outside Space
Villa Skaros boasts a sizeable private infinity pool that effortlessly merges with the turquoise sea, creating a seamless view of the Mediterranean. A cushioned swing seat provides a comfortable spot to enjoy some shade, while eight sunbeds and three parasols surround the pool, providing the perfect setting to bask in the Mediterranean sun. Adjoining the villa, a covered dining area invites you to gather around a large table, seating up to eight guests, accompanied by a BBQ ideal for preparing delicious meals.

Ground Floor
The ground floor provides a generous and contemporary open plan space for guests to relax in. The space comprises a circular dining table seating up to eight guests and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, such as an air fryer, and central island with additional bar stool seating. The lounge space features a minimalistic design and is furnished with a large sofa and flat screen SMART TV. Three sets of large glass sliding doors enable easy access to the pool terrace and provide sea and mountain views from all areas of the space.

The first of four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This spacious bedroom features a double bed strategically placed to capture sea and sunset views, a fitted wardrobe, mini fridge and en-suite shower room. Large sliding glass doors offer direct access to the pool terrace and also open onto the side terrace where two cushioned deck chairs offer a quiet spot to enjoy a sundowner. 

First Floor
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each equipped with a fitted wardrobe, mini fridge and en-suite shower room. Two of these are generously sized double bedrooms with large sliding glass doors that open onto a private, furnished balcony boasting panoramic views of the sea and showcasing the sunsets. The third bedroom is furnished with one single bed and a window displaying sea and mountain views. 

Lower Ground Floor
A short set of steps followed by a slope lead down from the pool terrace to the road level of the villa. Here guests can access an entertainment room equipped with a bar, sofa and TV for their enjoyment. There is also a table tennis table.
