Villa Skaros offers a captivating escape for up to 7 guests on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, where breath-taking views of the Greek Island of Meis and Büyük Çakıl Beach unfold before you. Completed in 2024, this villa boasts sea views from many parts of the property, a large outdoor area featuring a private pool and al-fresco dining space, as well as a stylish, beautifully furnished interior and additional amenities such as a table tennis table and well-equipped bar. The charming local beach can be seen from the property and is just a few minutes away. Villa Skaros utilises large sliding glass doors in many parts of the property to provide a wonderful connection between inside and outside spaces and open up as much of the view as possible. The property is well positioned to enjoy long sunny days by the pool and beautiful views of the sun setting in the evening. Kas town offers a good choice of places to dine and shop, several beach clubs and a lovely marina from which boat trips can be taken to the nearby Greek island of Meis and other local spots. The villa is just 7-8 minutes drive from central Kas or approximately 25 minutes walk. The local beach is within 10 minutes walk.

Outside Space
Villa Skaros boasts a good sized private infinity pool and terrace with open views of the Mediterranean. A cushioned swing seat provides a comfortable spot to enjoy some shade, and eight sunbeds and three parasols surround the pool. Adjoining the villa, a covered dining area, seating up to eight guests invites you to gather for some alfresco dining, and there is a BBQ for cooking outside. There is a garden area laid to grass with some planting below the pool terrace, and parking at the property.

Ground Floor
The ground floor provides a generous and contemporary open plan space for guests to relax in. This area comprises a circular dining table seating up to eight guests and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, such as an air fryer, and central island with additional bar stool seating. The lounge space features a minimalistic design and is furnished with a large sofa and flat screen SMART TV. Three sets of large glass sliding doors enable easy access to the pool terrace and provide sea and mountain views from most areas of the space. The first of four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This spacious bedroom features a double bed strategically placed to capture sea and sunset views, a fitted wardrobe, mini fridge and en-suite shower room. Large sliding glass doors offer direct access to the pool terrace and also open onto the side terrace where two cushioned deck chairs offer a quiet spot to enjoy a sundowner.  

First Floor
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each equipped with a fitted wardrobe, mini fridge and en-suite shower room. Two of these are generously sized double bedrooms with large sliding glass doors that open onto a private, furnished balcony boasting panoramic views of the sea and showcasing the sunsets. The third bedroom is a single. Whilst it does not have a balcony it does benefit from sea and mountain views.

Lower Ground Floor
A short set of steps followed by a slope lead down from the pool terrace to the road level of the villa. Here guests can access an entertainment room equipped with a bar, sofa and TV for their enjoyment. There is also a table tennis table.
