A modern 4 bedroom villa with a sleek design within the Notos complex. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and has an annexe providing an extra layer of privacy within the villa itself. Providing views of both the sea down at the bay and the forest on the mountainside. The villa is located within easy reach of the complex restaurant, providing a very short walk for a nice meal or drink. The communal pool is also located outside the restaurant providing easy access to this also.

Lower level
The lower level of this villa is an annexe which can be accessed by going down the stairs from the pool area and entering through the doors. The annexe has one room with a double bed, a small kitchen area and a desk. Along with this, there is an en suite bathroom. This provides an experience similar to a studio flat. The outside is a small terrace which provides room for fresh air and enjoying the environment.
Entrance level
The entrance level has one bedroom and a W/C on this level, as well as the kitchen, living and dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are partnered with seating for up to 8 guests. The kitchen has sufficient appliances for preparing and cooking meals for the duration of the stay. The living area has an L shaped sofa with a coffee table in front of it, facing towards the TV.
Upper level
The upper level has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding environment.
Outside area
There are two sides of the villa to explore outside. One side provides wooden decking with a small garden and the other side provides an infinity pool with sun loungers and a seating area. There are sets of steps on both sides leading down to the lower terrace and the annexe.

The Notos Villas are a small community of private villas located within the scenic and natural area of Kas. The development is set on a hillside and boasts mountainous and panoramic Aegean Sea views. Offering a tranquil hideaway approximately a 16-minute drive from the town of Kas. Whilst these villas provide their own private space, there are communal areas within the development where guests can find a tennis court, multipurpose sports field and take part in yoga or swim in the larger communal pool. There is also an onsite gastropub, specialising in Vegan and Vegetarian meals, where guests can enjoy food and drink.
