Villa Phaselis is located in Kas on the Notos complex. The villa carries a modern design with 3 levels and accommodates up to 10 guests, providing both views of the sea and forest on the mountainside. The villa is located within easy reach of the complex restaurant, providing a very short walk for a nice meal or drink. The communal pool is also located outside the restaurant providing easy access to this also.

Lower level
The lower level has two rooms, one bedroom and one small living area. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa that can pull out to a double bed. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms. Both rooms also have private access to a terrace with a seating area.
Entrance level
The entrance level has one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a W/C and a living/dining/kitchen area on this floor. The living area consists of an L shaped sofa with a coffee table and an extra two chairs, all surrounding a TV. The dining area has a table that can seat up to 8 guests, with an extra 4 chairs placed at the kitchen island. The kitchen area has sufficient appliances and space for necessary use.
Upper level
The upper level hosts 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and there is an outside terrace with a jacuzzi.
Outside area
The outside of the villa provides seating areas on stone with an al fresco dining table and a seating area with a coffee table. There is also a private infinity pool with sun beds and a small seating area. Views of the sea and mountainside can be seen from the terraces.

The Notos Villas are a small community of private villas located within the scenic and natural area of Kas. The development is set on a hillside and boasts mountainous and panoramic Aegean Sea views. Offering a tranquil hideaway approximately a 16-minute drive from the town of Kas. Whilst these villas provide their own private space, there are communal areas within the development where guests can find a tennis court, multipurpose sports field and take part in yoga or swim in the larger communal pool. There is also an onsite gastropub, specialising in Vegan and Vegetarian meals, where guests can enjoy food and drink.
