Villa Apollonia offers spacious modern living within the mountainous area of Kas where years ago the Lycians once lived. This is one of 10 villas within the Notos resort. The villa is located within easy reach of the complex restaurant, providing a very short walk for a nice meal or drink. The communal pool is also located outside the restaurant providing easy access to this also.

Ground floor
The property can be accessed via a path leading up to the rear of the property where two sun loungers, a table and cushioned chair can be found. From here you can walk around to the front of the property where the pool terrace is located.
The pool terrace offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy the weather, including a swing chair, cushioned L shaped sofa and additional sunbeds are spaced out around the swimming pool. There is also an outside dining table with 8 chairs which is situated on the decking, perfect for dining al-fresco. The infinity pool is located within the properties garden and is accompanied by a Jacuzzi. 
From the pool terrace you can access the living area through glass sliding doors. The living vicinity has a modern yet homely feel with a cushioned material sofa arranged with a flat screen TV and coffee table. The room also has a sky light for additional natural lighting.
From the living area you can walk through into the stylish kitchen which has an island and 5 chairs. This has an electric hob, oven, and microwave. Within the vast cupboard space, a toaster and coffee machines can be found along with crockery, cutlery and utensils. 
From the kitchen there is a W/C which also leads into a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

First floor
On the first floor guests can find two further bedrooms, both with an en-suite shower room. One is a double bedroom and the other is a large room with a King-sized bed.

Second floor
On this floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. The sauna can also be found this floor.

The Notos Villas are a small community of private villas located within the scenic and natural area of Kas. The development is set on a hillside and boasts mountainous and panoramic Aegean Sea views. Offering a tranquil hideaway approximately a 16-minute drive from the town of Kas. Whilst these villas provide their own private space, there are communal areas within the development where guests can find a tennis court, multipurpose sports field and take part in yoga or swim in the larger communal pool. There is also an onsite gastropub, specialising in Vegan and Vegetarian meals, where guests can enjoy food and drink.
