In an elevated position above Kalkan with panoramic views to the sea and mountains, Villa Su is located in the quieter Kordere area of Kalkan and is sure to impress. This modern villa sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite double bedrooms and has an exceptional private infinity pool at 25x4 metres. Villa Su is well equipped for a luxury stay with a Jacuzzi, Sauna and 85 inch TV as well as a smart home system, controlled by an iPad.

Living area
The fitted kitchen sits to one side of the room and is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The living area is to the other side of the room and features two large sofas facing a flat screen tv. The entire floor has a light and modern design with wooden touches throughout and is fronted by full height windows allowing light to flood into the house and make the most of the sea views. There is direct access from these rooms to the pool terrace.
Bedrooms
There are three, high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The master bedroom is located just off of the Living room and has a dark, contemporary flare with wooden features and carefully selected gold decor. There is a flat screen TV and a Jacuzzi that sits in this bedroom with views of the sea through large windows connecting to the living area. There are blinds to allow for privacy. The en-suite bathroom matches the room style and has a large shower.
The second bedroom is located off of the kitchen and is a lighter room and features a grey, white and tan colour palette with an en-suite bathroom with large shower. There are sea views from the large windows connecting the kitchen area, allowing to look through the dining area to the pool terrace and beyond.
The third bedroom also has a light an open feel with white, beige and yellow touches. The bed faces a large TV and there is an ensuite room with shower to the rear of the room.
Outside
The pool terrace is sure to amaze with its 25-metre infinity pool. There is a shallow end to the pool with 'island style' sun loungers to soak up the sun rays. A sunken seating area sits next to the pool, with cushions and a central table, perfect for evening drinks. The terrace area also has two small day beds, a swinging egg chair, al-fresco dining and a BBQ. The Sauna sits just underneath the sunken seating area.
Notes
This villa is a great choice for elderly and disabled guests as there are not steps to the front foor, the first floor bedrooms, kitchen, living room and pool terrace.
