In an elevated position with panoramic views to Kalkan and the sea, Montana is in a quieter location than many Kalkan villas and accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. The private infinity swimming pool is exceptionally large at 15x5 metres and along with the spacious terraces offers plenty of space for the villas guest capacity. All 7 bedrooms have balconies with sea views and the property is unusually well equipped with a gym and fitness area, steam room, cinema room, table tennis and a pool table. Kalkan centre is not really walk able from this location but can be reached in less than 10 minutes by taxi or hire car.

The villas extensive accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 7 bedrooms at the property. Villa Montana is fully air-conditioned.

Living area
A very large sitting room area with a central feature staircase and a kitchen/ dining area comprise the living space with a separate games room at the far end of the ground floor. At one end of the ground floor a large kitchen diner extends the depth of the property with sliding glass doors to the front and side. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of this room and a large dining table and chairs are towards the front of this space and have sea views across the pool. An arch from the kitchen that provides partial separation of the open plan living space leads to the sitting room, which is comfortably furnished for the villa's capacity occupancy of 14 guests. Unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.

Outdoor area
The location of villa Montana affords the property much more privacy than most Kalkan holiday accommodation. A sunny pool terrace wraps around the front of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 14 guests, parasols, sunbeds and a rattan seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing. The BBQ area is conveniently located just outside the kitchen. The infinity swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, is one of the largest in Kalkan at 15 metres long by 5 metres wide. There is planting around the villa perimeter and on the terrace.
