The name Mona Roza, meaning ''Single Rose'' in Turkish takes its inspiration from a poem about love. It offers high quality holiday villa accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Stone accents and contemporary architecture come together to create some very attractive spaces and the outside areas, so important on a holiday in the Kalkan climate are generous, and well furnished. The location affords panoramic open views of the Mediterranean, mountains and islands.

Ground floor
Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that run almost the full width of the ground floor living space showcase epic views and provide for wonderful connection between inside and outside space.
The ground floor open plan living area offers plenty of space for the villas maximum occupancy and comprises a U shaped kitchen at one end and a living area at the other. In the middle is the dining area with extendable dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater and a stone feature wall compliments the very contemporary units and Samsung built in appliances. The living area at the other end is comfortably furnished and includes a large screen television with English speaking channels. Sliding glass doors bring in light and lead guests to the terrace. There is also a cloakroom/ utility on this floor with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The entrance door is at the rear of the property.
First floor
There are 3 spacious double bedrooms on this floor.
Bedroom 1 - This bedroom has en-suite facilities and shares a furnished front facing balcony with the adjacent bedroom, from which there are sea and island views. There is also a Jacuzzi bath for guests use in this room.
Bedroom 2 - Sharing a furnished balcony with the adjacent bedroom, this room is en-suite and has sea and island views.
Bedroom 3 - A well sized room with en-suite facilities and sea/island views, this room also benefits from a large picture window.
Second floor
On the second floor, there is another double and one twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4 - This room has en-suite facilities as well as a Jacuzzi bath. There is a Juliette balcony to the front and a further large furnished side balcony, both of which have open views to the sea and islands.

Outside
The pool terrace extends the full width of the property and provides for plenty of outside space in which to dine, sunbathe and relax. There are open sea and island views from the pool terrace. Two overhangs woven with fabric at either side of the building provide shade if needed for dining and relaxation. The infinity edged swimming pool incorporates a shallow area in which you can place sunbeds. There is a gas BBQ for guest use and parking outside the property.
Getting around
Located in a quiet area of Kordere, Kalkan the villa is around 7-10 minutes drive from Kalkan centre and the beach. Taxi services are plentiful and very reasonably priced. We anticipate the cost for the drive into Kalkan would be around £5. Car Hire may be more convenient and cost effective if you plan to make the trip into Kalkan frequently or discover more of the local area. We can suggest taxi services (Whatsapp number for drivers) or quote for car hire.
