Villa La Mer Comfort-Suite consists of two adjacent, separately accessed suites, each with two en-suite bedrooms, a living space and well-equipped kitchen. These two suites can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with a total of 4 bedrooms and share an outdoor pool and terrace area with sea views. Comfort suite is a modern property featuring an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and a sheltered terrace area, whilst Suite La Mer is a homely property which has been beautifully furnished and features a sea view balcony and indoor Jacuzzi/plunge pool. Villa La Mer Comfort-Suite is located in Kördere, Kalkan, 6 minutes drive away from Kalkan centre and 15 minutes away from Kaputaş Beach, one of the most famous sandy beaches in Türkiye.

Outdoor space
Villa La Mer Comfort-Suite benefits from a spacious outdoor terrace with views out to sea and Snake and Mouse Islands. A private pool (approx L7m x W3m) is lined by sun loungers and parasols, and a shaded seating/dining area accompanied by a gas BBQ completes the space. This terrace area is separately accessed to the two suites, situated approximately 20m away from both suite entrances. The suites also have access to a common area (shared with another two local villas), where guests can enjoy use of a single-hoop basketball court, children's playground, table tennis table and table football.

La Mer Comfort Suite
The Comfort Suite benefits from a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the living room with a large, cushioned sofa and a 50" Smart LED TV, DVD player, and music system. Gather around the dining table, seating four guests, and prepare fresh meals in the kitchen with granite work surfaces, equipped with everything needed for self-catering convenience. Indulge in exclusive amenities, including a glass-enclosed indoor heated pool with invigorating Jacuzzi turbo massage jets and swimming training, or rejuvenate your senses in the Turkish bath and sauna.

Master bedroom - Designed with couples and honeymooners in mind, the master bedroom offers a garden view and a super king-size double bed with canopy bed curtains. Relax in the double Jacuzzi bath and enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom. A 32" LED TV provides entertainment with a selection of local and foreign channels.

Second bedroom - The second bedroom features two single beds that can be combined together to make a double bed on request. The bedroom benefits from a garden view, en-suite bathroom, washing machine and 32" LED TV with a selection of local and foreign channels.

Both bedrooms have access to the sheltered terrace area where greenery, comfortable seating, an egg chair, and a gas BBQ await, providing the ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Suite La Mer
Suite La Mer offers breath-taking views over Kalkan's Bay and out towards Snake and Mouse Islands. The floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the suite and make the most of the wonderful Kalkan sunsets.

Featuring a contemporary living, kitchen, and dining area with panelled wooden ceilings, Suite La Mer provides ample seating space along with a 49" Smart TV, DVD player and music system. The fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces is accompanied by a dining table seating four guests, whilst a second table and chairs for two guests can be found on the large balcony with sea and Kalkan views. 

Master bedroom - The master bedroom boasts a unique panelled wooden ceiling and serene garden views. Sink into the comfort of the super king-size bed and enjoy entertainment on the 32" LED TV with a variety of local and foreign channels. Refresh in the en-suite bathroom, complete with a Jacuzzi bath and rain shower, as well as the convenience of a washing machine. Guests can also access the suite's indoor pool/Jacuzzi area from the master bedroom. 

Second bedroom - The second bedroom is a twin room with a panelled wooden ceiling and exposed stone wall. The two single beds can be combined together to make a double bed on request. The bedroom has a 32" LED TV showing local and foreign channels and the en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower with a view of Kalkan.
