The interior of Villa Demir is all on one level,
offering a spacious, open-plan living area. The kitchen, dining
area with a table for six, and the lounge with a sofa, two
armchairs, a coffee table, and TV are all seamlessly connected.
Large glass windows span the living area, providing sea views and
direct access to the pool terrace. The villa has two bedrooms, one
double and one twin, both benefitting from direct access to the
pool terrace and views of the pool and sea. The master bedroom
also features a Jacuzzi bath, positioned to make the most of the
breath-taking views.
Outdoors
The outdoor space at Villa Demir is centred around an
infinity pool with sweeping views of the sea and mountains. The
outdoor space also features four sun loungers, a large parasol, and
an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ and seating for up to
four.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Demir can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
