Indoors
The interior of Villa Alaca is all on one level, offering a
spacious, open-plan living area. The kitchen, dining area with a
table for four, and the lounge with a sofa, armchair, coffee table,
and TV are all seamlessly connected. The exposed stone walls and
wooden ceiling add warmth and character to the space. Large glass
windows span the living area, providing sea views and direct access
to the pool terrace. The double bedroom features both a
Jacuzzi bath and an indoor pool, both of which offer
views over the outdoor pool terrace and
sea. There is also a separate shower room for added
convenience.
Outdoors
The outdoor space at Villa Alaca is centred around an
infinity pool with sweeping views of the sea and mountains. It
features two sun loungers, a large parasol, and an al-fresco dining
area with a BBQ and seating for up to four. A cushioned sofa set
provides an inviting spot to relax and enjoy the
surroundings.
Villa Alaca can also be booked alongside the neighbouring one bedroom Villa Ruj or two bedroom Villa Demir, providing an ideal solution for larger groups seeking to enjoy a holiday together while retaining the option for individual privacy and space.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Alaca can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
