Villa Akasya 2 is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan approximately a 6 minute drive from Kalkan's old town, beach and restaurants. The villa has an elevated position above Kalkan which makes for fantastic panoramic views over green hills and beyond to the Mediterranean and mountains. The villa is finished to a high standard and accommodates up to six guests in three ground floor bedrooms. Outside, there is space for relaxing, sunbathing and dining alfresco and there is also an infinity pool with shallow end and Jacuzzi area.

Living area
The open plan living area comprises of the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge offers a flat screen TV, two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a coffee table. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with a built in four hob cooker and the dining area offers comfortable seating for 6 guests. Large sliding glass doors along the width of the living space create an almost seamless connection between inside and out and provide access to the sea view pool terrace.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - A spacious double bedroom decorated in neutral tones with Jacuzzi bath and en-suite shower room. This room also has bedside tables, an armchair and direct access to the swimming pool terrace through large glass doors.
Bedroom 2 - A sea view double bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool terrace. This room also has a vanity table, wardrobe, bedside tables, an arm chair and an en-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with sea views, a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table and an adjacent shower room. 
Outdoor area
Large glass doors open up from the lounge to the pool terrace where guests will find the private infinity swimming pool with shallow end and Jacuzzi corner and fantastic sea and mountain views.The pool terrace offers ample space for guests to relax including a soft outdoor seating area, an alfresco dining table with seating for 6 guests and 6 sunloungers around the pool. The garden is also a pleasant feature of the outside space at this property. Guests will find a BBQ on the outdoor terrace along with the infinity swimming pool which has a shallow end and a circular Jacuzzi pool integrated into the main pool.

Villa Akasya 1 and Villa Akasya 3 are neighbouring properties and near identical, they are suitable for large groups who would like to rent a separate villa close together.

Due to the location Villa Akasya 3 is not suitable for walking into town however the drive to the centre of Kalkan is approximately 6 minutes. Access to this property is very steep so it may not be suitable for anyone who has walking difficulties.
