The villa is a beautifully presented, bright and modern holiday home with all modern comforts accompanied by panoramic sea views of Kalkan's Bay from all rooms and levels.
Ground floor
The spacious ground floor level is an open plan space
comprising a living room and well-equipped kitchen-diner with all
modern appliances including an oven, large fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water
dispenser. A large dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests with
bar stool seating and multiple large, glass sliding doors open
out onto the al fresco dining area and pool terrace.
The living room boasts a corner sofa, three armchairs and a large
Flat Screen Smart TV on which guests can watch services
such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime and YouTube with their own
accounts. There is also a Bluetooth sound system and a
piano for guests leisure.

First floor
The first floor is home to the first two bedrooms which each have
an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom is the Master bedroom with
a Super King size bed and the second bedroom is a double
bedroom with a King size bed, both of which have been perfectly
placed to overlook the exquisite sea views. Both bedrooms have
fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and
share a large sea view furnished balcony.
Second floor
Two further bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and sea
views, welcome you on the second floor. One bedroom features a
double bed and the other offers two single beds which can be
configured into a double if requested. Both bedrooms have
fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and
share a large sea view furnished balcony.
Roof terrace
Villa Serendipity's roof terrace provides a panoramic
and unobstructed view of Kalkan Centre, Kalkan Bay and the
mountains, and is an excellent spot to take in the sunrise or
sunset whilst lounging on the outdoor sofa seating. The terrace is
also equipped with bar stool seating and a kitchenette including a
sink, dishwasher and fridge.
Outside
Boasting a private infinity pool lined by sun loungers and a
cantilevered deck that offers an additional space with
sun loungers and a parasol to overlook the bay,
Villa Serendipity's pool terrace is well-equipped for
guests to spend a leisurely day at the villa and around the
pool.
Guests can make use of the BBQ and dine al fresco before moving up
to the roof terrace for evening cocktails while enjoying the
sunset.
The main courtyard provides an extra spot to relax with a garden
filled with sunshine in the morning and plenty of shade during the
hot afternoons.

I especially liked the roof terrace as this offers plenty of seating and a kitchen area to enjoy some exceptional sea views and Kalkan's famous sunsets with an evening drink. Each bedroom follows the same clean, white design throughout with a different pop of colour in each room and access to a furnished terrace facing the sea." Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Serendipity and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Serendipity as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Having previously stayed in a friend's villa overlooking Kalamar Bay, we were nervous about booking a villa in another area via an agent. However, we have just returned home (to flooding in the U.K!) after a wonderful 11 days. The villa was beautiful with wonderful views from the infinity pool. The Turquoise Collection arrangements, including the airport transfers were excellent - so thank you to the staff at The Turquoise Collection
Villa Serendipity is amazing, beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well equipped, clean and modern with a fantastic view. The pool area and outdoor seating downstairs was fabulous, we would however suggest the addition of cushions/pads on the sunbeds would greatly improve the comfort of them. The roof top terrace was well equipped with amazing views, a lovely spot for a drink before heading to town in the evening. We personally found the walk to town a bit far but taxis were readily available 150 TL each way whether you were dropped at the top of the town or the harbour. We enjoyed a day at Denizim Beach club just down the hill; the staff and food were excellent. Definitely a 5 Star Villa and we will look to return again next year.
There is nothing The Turquoise Collection could do to improve their service level, it was excellent from start to finish.
Villa was in an excellent location with the roof terrace providing stunning views and which we made very good use of!
Excellent villa with a great sea view. Everything was brand new and exceptionally clean. Water was cut off twice during the stay, but this was swiftly dealt with by the management company. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends, and we are considering re-booking in the next couple of months.
