We are pleased to present a new addition to our collection: Villa Rosina, a well-appointed 3-bedroom villa offering sea views from many areas of the villa. With three en-suite bedrooms and modern, stylish furnishings, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Located in the sought-after Komurluk area, Villa Rosina boasts spectacular views of the sea, Snake and Mouse Islands, and Kalkan's picturesque harbour. Guests can unwind by their private pool, and are just a short stroll from the enchanting old town and conveniently close to the popular Zest, Denizim and Palm beach clubs.
Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Rosina is a
thoughtfully designed, spacious open-plan living area that
seamlessly blends comfort with modern elegance. The space features
a large, inviting corner sofa positioned to face a SMART TV and
coffee table. Adjacent to the lounge area is a circular dining
table, seating up to six guests, and a fully-equipped kitchen which
extends into a stylish breakfast bar with two bar stools for
additional seating and casual dining. Floor-to-ceiling
sliding doors run along the entire length of the room,
flooding the space with natural light and enabling
views over the pool terrace to Kalkan
Bay.
There is also a WC on this floor.
First floor
The first floor of Villa Rosina is accessed by an elegant
marble staircase, which leads to the first two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a spacious double room featuring a super king-sized bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a dressing table and stool, ample wardrobe space, an armchair, and a desk with a chair. Large glass doors open onto a private balcony, where there are two comfortable armchairs and a table in which to relax and enjoy the sea views. Additionally, a second glass door leads to a small, intimate private balcony, complete with a deck chair.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom that can be configured as a double on request. This bedroom also features an ensuite shower room and is furnished with a dressing table, stool, and fitted wardrobe. The bedroom boasts a private sea view balcony with cushioned seating and a table for two. A great place for a morning coffee!
Second floor
The second floor of Villa Rosina is dedicated to
Bedroom 3: the Penthouse Suite, a generously sized double room
with a super king-sized bed and ensuite shower room, as well as a
dressing table and stool, comfortable armchair and fitted wardrobe.
The bedroom opens directly onto the spacious roof terrace, where
two chairs and a table provide a wonderful spot to
enjoy a sundowner while taking in the panoramic views. A
comfortable sofa set, nestled under a pergola, provides a shaded
retreat for added relaxation.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer on this level.
Outside
At the heart of the outdoor space lies a private pool
(L8.5m, W4.5m, D.185m at deepest point). Surrounding the
pool, four sun loungers and a double day bed are provided for
comfortable sunbathing, while three parasols offer shade for those
seeking respite from the sun. For those who love outdoor dining, a
wooden dining table seating six and built-in BBQ with a dedicated
preparation area and sink enables guests to enjoy cooking and
dining together al-fresco. An outdoor seating area includes a sofa
and two armchairs, arranged around a central
coffee table. From here, guests can take in Kalkan's breath-taking
sea views and sunsets, offering a picturesque backdrop as the day
fades into evening.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Rosina can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Villa Rosina is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
