With fantastic views across the bay, the villa provides a spacious outdoor terrace area with a private infinity pool benefitting from sun for most of the day. The terrace is complete with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, comfortable seating areas and al-fresco dining is enabled with two outdoor dining tables and a BBQ. The property showcases a fashionable interior throughout and offers ample space with its two sitting rooms, five spacious bedrooms, cinema room and games, spa and gym facilities. 
Lower ground floor
The lower level of the villa is home to the first two bedrooms, along with gym equipment, table tennis, sauna and Turkish Hammam, cinema room and laundry/utility room. Bedroom one is Furnished with twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe space, TV, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with garden views.
The second bedroom is a master bedroom furnished with a Super King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, TV, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with garden views. There is also a separate WC on this level.
Ground floor
The first of two sitting rooms can be found on the ground floor. The space features a sofa with a corner chaise longue and a coffee table, all facing a flat screen TV. From here guests can open the large, glass sliding doors out onto the pool terrace where they will find a large pergola which is situated right off the sitting area. Bedroom three is a bedroom furnished with a Super King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, TV, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto the pool terrace. Bedroom four is a master bedroom furnished with a Super King size bed, bedside tables, walk in wardrobe, TV, small seating area, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking onto the pool terrace.
First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the remaining bedroom and main kitchen, dining and living space. The spacious living area is complete with a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, fireplace and TV. The open plan aspect of the space allows guests to socialise across both the sitting area and kitchen, which is well-equipped with all the necessary modern appliances and features a large island with seating for 7 guests with space for 3 more guests at the adjoining island. An extended balcony accessed via the kitchen is also furnished with a dining table seating up to 10 guests and two sunbeds. Finishing touches such as books and board games are also available for guests' entertainment. Bedroom five is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling glass windows which open onto a wrap-around balcony with sea views. 
Outdoor space
The outdoor space features an infinity pool as the centre piece, with an integrated bathing area furnished with two sunbeds and a further six sunbeds and parasols which line the pool. To the side of the villa is where you'll find the second al-fresco dining area. Further seating areas are scattered across the terrace and provide comfortable spots to relax and enjoy the unforgettable views.
