The beautiful Villa Nana is located just east of the public beach
of Kalkan and offers a charming view over the bay of Kalkan, the
harbour and the old town. Denizim, Zest and Palm Beach Clubs are
all a short walk away.
The property is built in a loft style arranged over one floor and
includes an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchen area
with floor to ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the
pool terrace.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, a 50
inch smart TV with international channels and a Bose sound
system.
In the sleeping area you will find a large king-size bed, a
freestanding bathtub and paravans for an airy separation from the
living and kitchen area, there is also a walk-in wardrobe connected
to the bathroom.
In addition, a separate utility room, a washing/drying machine and
ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outdoor areas
The pool terrace of the villa benefits from its great location and
enjoys plenty of sun all day long. The terrace and the heated
swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi are in the perfect position
to enjoy the spectacular sunsets for which this area of Kalkan is
famous.
Under a shaded pergola area, a table and chairs are available for
enjoyable sundowners and outdoor dining.

Access to the villa is secured by an electric gate and there is
room for 3 cars on the private grounds.

Villa Nana can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Nana and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Nana as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance.
