Villa Lumineux boasts 6 bedrooms, each featuring sea views and en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. The main living area includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge, seamlessly connecting to an attractive terrace. This outdoor space, furnished with sun loungers and comfortable seating, is ideal for relaxing, al-fresco dining, or enjoying cocktails while soaking in the views. The villa's uniquely shaped infinity pool, accompanied by a separate raised Jacuzzi, offers sea views across the bay. Accommodation is spread over four floors, culminating in a private roof terrace on the top floor, providing a great spot for relaxation and taking in the breath-taking view which extends to Kalkan's beach, the old town, and the surrounding mountains. 
Ground floor
The villa's main living area is designed to embrace the sea views, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. The open-plan layout features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island with an electric hob and two bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for up to 10 guests, ideal for shared meals and entertaining. The lounge area invites relaxation with its large corner sofa, coffee table and satellite TV. For added convenience, a cloakroom is also located on this floor.
Bedrooms
Villa Lumineux's 6 bedrooms each benefit from an en-suite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, two feature double beds, and the sixth is a twin room, making the villa ideal for large families or groups of friends. One of the double bedrooms is located on the top floor and opens directly onto the private roof terrace. This room also includes a Jacuzzi bath. The spacious roof terrace is furnished for relaxation and offers panoramic sea views. Each bedroom has its own balcony, allowing guests to wake up to views of the sea and coastline.
