Located in one of Kalkan's prime locations, close to the sea and beach clubs, Villa Lumineux offers spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. Kalkan's historic and vibrant old town area, beach, shops and harbour are around 12-15 minutes walk from the villa, making it very convenient to access much of what Kalkan has to offer on foot.
Villa Lumineux
Villa Lumineux boasts 6 bedrooms, each featuring sea views
and en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. The main living area
includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a
comfortable lounge, seamlessly connecting to an attractive terrace.
This outdoor space, furnished with sun loungers and comfortable
seating, is ideal for relaxing, al-fresco dining, or enjoying
cocktails while soaking in the views. The villa's uniquely shaped
infinity pool, accompanied by a separate raised Jacuzzi, offers sea
views across the bay. Accommodation is spread over four floors,
culminating in a private roof terrace on the top floor, providing a
great spot for relaxation and taking in the breath-taking view
which extends to Kalkan's beach, the old town, and the
surrounding mountains.
Ground floor
The villa's main living area is designed to embrace the sea
views, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with
natural light. The open-plan layout features a fully equipped
modern kitchen with a central island with an electric hob and two
bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with
seating for up to 10 guests, ideal for shared meals and
entertaining. The lounge area invites relaxation with its large
corner sofa, coffee table and satellite TV. For added convenience,
a cloakroom is also located on this floor.
Bedrooms
Villa Lumineux's 6 bedrooms each
benefit from an en-suite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower.
Three of the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, two feature
double beds, and the sixth is a twin room, making the villa ideal
for large families or groups of friends. One of the double bedrooms
is located on the top floor and opens directly onto the private
roof terrace. This room also includes a Jacuzzi bath. The spacious
roof terrace is furnished for relaxation and offers panoramic sea
views. Each bedroom has its own balcony, allowing guests to wake up
to views of the sea and coastline.

Villa Lumineux can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Lumineux and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Lumineux as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Great location, close to Palm Beach Club and the centre of Kalkan. The villa was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and all the rooms had amazing views. Umut, your resort manager was exemplary.
