The lounge area offers comfortable seating around a fireplace with coffee table and TV and the contemporary kitchen, featuring marble countertops, Bosch appliances and island with breakfast bar, is well-equipped. The ground floor also hosts a double bedroom with super-king sized bed, sea views and en-suite facilities. A convenient downstairs WC completes the accommodation on this level.

First floor - 3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 twin):
Ascend to the first floor, where you with find the master bedroom suite, a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. The Master bedroom is furnished with a super-king sized double bed taking centre stage. The second double bedroom has a king-size bed and both of these rooms share a balcony with spectacular sea views. The twin bedroom also boasts a sea view and all bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room with a travertine finish.

Lower floor level - private double studio suite with separate access:
A private studio suite is located under the sea facing terrace and is accessed by its own staircase next to the pool (not via the main villa). This suite offers sea views, travertine en-suite facilities and is furnished with a super-king sized double bed.

Villa Kumanluk's outdoor space invites you to enjoy expansive well -furnished sun terraces offering mesmerizing views of Kalkan bay.
