Villa Honeybee with 5 bedrooms located in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan, Turkey. With accommodation arranged over three floors, this elegant villa has a contemporary kitchen, modern bathrooms and unique colour schemes in each bedroom. Villa Honeybee is detached and located just to the east of Kalkan beach, offering the most spectacular uninterrupted Mediterranean views across Kalkan bay and to the harbour and old town.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and
kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool
terrace. There is also a shower room and double bedroom on this
level with a door from the bedroom which leads to the pool terrace.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a
42" television with English and Turkish channels. The television is
a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an
account. The villa also has a washing/ drying machine, and a
dishwasher.
First floor
There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have
sea views and en-suite shower facilities. Two of the bedrooms have
twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom
(160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view
balcony.
Second floor
The master bedroom suite occupies the whole second floor and
comprises a king size bed (180cm x 200cm), en-suite shower room and
access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and
furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This Kalkan villa benefits
from having a good-sized pool terrace furnished with 10 sunbeds
which have thick comfortable cushions and two deckchairs. The
terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect
position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of
Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a
shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large Weber gas BBQ.
Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included (so if staying for 2
weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying
for 1 week, there is a light mid-week clean but no linen
change.

Villa Honeybee can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Honeybee and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Honeybee as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
