New to our 2023 collection, Villa Beatrice is a 4-bedroom villa located in the sought after area of Komurluk. Hosting a private pool with integrated jacuzzi jets and day beds to enjoy the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay. This villa's location is favourable with its short distances to places of interest within Kalkan, a 10-minute walk from the harbour and a 7-minute walk from Palm, Zest and Denizim Beach Clubs. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Ground floor
The ground floor has an open plan living area mixed with a kitchen. The kitchen has sufficient appliances and space for self-catering in the villa. The living area has two large sofas with 4 coffee tables for use in front of the TV. There is a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200cm) on this floor with an ensuite shower room. The bedroom has access to the pool terrace through glass sliding doors. A utility room can also be found on the ground floor which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for use of the guests.
First floor
The first floor comprises of two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200cm) has a jacuzzi bath and an ensuite shower room. This room also has access to two balconies, one private and the other shared with the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request. There is a shower room available to the twin bedroom across the landing. The shared balcony has seating available to enjoy the views.
Second floor
The second floor is the entrance level for this villa. The fourth bedroom which is a double is located on this floor. The double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200cm) has use of a separate shower room on this floor and a private roof terrace. The roof terrace has an 'L' shaped sofa for seating with a coffee table for drinks, snacks or a good book.
Outdoor space
The pool terrace has a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section and can heated for an additional cost. There are 6 sunbeds that surround the pool as well as 2 daybeds, one of which swings. Both daybeds have at least double the width of each sunbed. There is also an alfresco dining area with a table that seats up to 10 guests and a built-in BBQ for guest use. An 'L' shaped sofa can be found on the pool terrace for relaxing in the sun by the pool too. This provides multiple options of seating to accommodate everybody.
Villa Beatrice also has an outdoor area with a table tennis table and table football for guests enjoyment.
