Close to 3 of Kalkan’s popular Beach Clubs and a short walk to the harbour, beach and Old Town. Villa Bahçe features a private pool, two en-suite bedrooms, open plan living area and the option to add pool and underfloor heating in low season.
Interior
The property is arranged over one floor, and offers open
plan living which has a comfortable sofa area with a smart TV and
floor to ceiling windows opening out to the pool
terrace. Either side of the living and kitchen
area you will find a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with
en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen area also offers amenities such as
a dishwasher, coffee machine and a washing machine.
Please note that the twin bedroom can also be arranged as a double on request.
Exterior
The floor to ceiling glass doors from both bedrooms and the
living area give direct access to the pool terrace where you will
find a private pool, views of the bay, 4 sunbeds and parasols - the
perfect spot to soak up the sun. Along with Al-fresco dining and a
BBQ where you will be able to enjoy the stunning
surroundings.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Bahçe can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Bahçe and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Bahçe as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Very well appointed villa for the size! Compact but spacious. Very nice pool area. Bedrooms were a good size and good size bathrooms too. Nicely decorated and clean.
