Villa Aqua Verde situated in one of Kalkan's most sought after locations, within a few minutes walk of the popular Zest, Denizim and Palm Beach Clubs. Outdoor space 
Villa Aqua Verde's outdoor area is like no other in Kalkan, it has been carefully thought-out and furnished to a high standard ensuring that guests are able to make the most of the Mediterranean weather and their time together on holiday. A sparkling private infinity pool sits at the centre of the space and is accompanied by a raised Jacuzzi that cascades down into the main pool. A total of 10 sun loungers are situated around the infinity pool and Jacuzzi and ample parasols provide shade. Next door to the Jacuzzi guests can find a cabana offering additional seating options, including a cosy L-shaped sofa and armchair.
To the side of the pool sits a raised level of the terrace which is covered and has been designated as an 'outdoor living area', fully equipped with a ceiling fan and yet further comfortable seating options, as well as a SMART TV and sound system. For ease, a bar including a sink, fridge and four bar stools has been provided enabling guests to enjoy drinks with a view at their leisure.
Multiple swing seats and armchair sets are provided on the pool terrace and have been well-positioned to make the most of the sea views. 
Finally, al-fresco dining has been carefully considered with a large dining table, extendable to seat up to 12 guests, and a traditional stone BBQ.
Lower ground floor
Two spacious bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. The first is a twin bedroom (this can be configured as a double on request) with an ensuite shower room, vanity area, armchair and wardrobe. Large glass sliding doors open onto a shaded terrace furnished with a comfortable seating area, coffee table and unforgettable sea views. The second bedroom is another twin bedroom, featuring two single beds, an ensuite shower room, vanity area, chair and wardrobe. Large glass sliding doors open onto the shaded terrace.
The additional features that Villa Aqua Verde offers guests to enhance their holiday experience can be found on the lower ground floor. This space features a well-equipped gym including a treadmill, exercise bike and step machine. To relax after your workout, or just to treat yourself whilst on holiday, a host of spa facilities await, including a vibrating lounger, massage bed, sauna, Turkish Hammam and bucket hydrotherapy shower. 
A small kitchenette and utility room are located on this level.
From this level external steps take you up to the pool terrace and a second set of steps take you down to the street level. 
Ground floor
An open plan indoor space comprises the kitchen, dining and lounge area. A large L-shaped sofa facing a SMART flat screen TV creates a comfortable space for guests to relax and large glass sliding doors allow natural light to flood the interior and provide easy access onto the pool terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with an Island and bar stool seating enables guests to self-cater should they wish to whilst a circular dining table seating up to 8 guests invites guests to dine together. 
A double bedroom can be found on the ground floor. This double bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room, vanity area and wardrobe. Large glass sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace where there is plenty of seating from which to enjoy the sea views. 
First floor
The remaining three double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of these modern double bedrooms each benefit from an ensuite shower room, vanity area, armchair and wardrobe. The two bedrooms share a furnished balcony with views over Kalkan's bay and of the pool terrace which is set below.
The master double bedroom provides an ensuite shower room with twin sinks, a vanity area, armchair and wardrobe. Large glass sliding doors open out onto a spacious private furnished balcony with unparalleled sea views.
