Villa Waratah is a 5 bedroom villa located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan with panoramic sea views that look out over Snake and Mouse Islands. This villa offers spacious outside seating complete with an al-fresco dining area and sun loungers next to a good size infinity pool. With a well equipped games room on the lower level with table tennis, table football and exercise equipment, this villa truly has something for everyone.

centre.
Lower ground
floor
A games room complete with table tennis, table football, exercise
equipment and a seating area with a TV and PS4.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area with
comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and large floor to ceiling
sliding doors and windows leading out to a spacious terrace with
outdoor seating and a pool. There is an open plan dining area
with seating for eight and the kitchen is well equipped and
complete with an island unit/breakfast bar with seats.
There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this floor with a
washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor
The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms and a twin
bedroom each with an en-suite bath/shower room, floor to ceiling
windows and Kalkan Bay and sea views. Two bedrooms lead out to a
shared terrace with seating and the other bedroom also has access
to a seperate terrace on the side.
Second floor
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom each with
an en-suite bath/shower room and, of course, expansive sea views.
The bedrooms lead out to a shared terrace with sunbeds.
Outside
The outside of the villa is complete with an infinity pool lined
with sun loungers and parasols. There is a comfortable sofa seating
area and a shaded al-fresco dining area with 10 seats and access to
a barbecue.

Villa Waratah can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Waratah and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Waratah as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
