Villa SuperNova was everything we hoped it would be and we loved it. Small Things we particularly loved were: The bins being emptied everyday before we awoke and the outside area being washed down. The sun-beds in the pool is such a great idea. We loved that and also the quality of them was really good. The pool was beautiful and the temperature perfect. Kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed. All living areas, both inside and out, were really comfortable with plenty of space. The BBQ was excellent and we used it a lot. Umit was amazing. Kind, polite and only a moment away whenever we needed help with anything. He was extremely helpful and a real asset to Villa Supernova.

Small pieces of feedback that perhaps could make it even better for future guests. These are in no way complaints, just a few suggestions in the spirit of your request for feedback. An Ice machine would be a brilliant addition. It was obviously very hot and with six guests we needed a lot of ice for drinks. Constantly having to go out and buy ice became very frustrating. A simple ice machine would take all that stress away. The Coffee machine is far too complicated to work out. A simple Nespresso machine, with a milk frother, would mean people could bring their own pods and have perfect, simple cappuccino with minimal effort. Villa Supernova would benefit from a blue tooth speaker to play music on outside around the pool. The interface on the TVs in the bedrooms read in Turkish and we were therefore unable to use them. It was fine in the living room though. Outdoor shower head is completely broken and needs to be replaced. Pool table needs to be levelled as the balls all roll down to one end. Gym equipment. The main weights bar is very rusty and it comes off on your clothes when you use it and your hands get very dirty. By the end of the week our pool towels were becoming pretty grubby. A refresh halfway through would be great.

'Lovely villa very clean with well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all excellent. Location great as walked into town easily and v easy and inexpensive to get taxi home. Umit the Resort Manager was extremely pleasant and helped us with any queries we had - he also helped us book a boat trip. The beach clubs were very nearby and we visited Mahal and Zest - preferred Mahal - excellent food. Water delivered to villa when needed without delay. Pool and terrace cleaned each day and rubbish removed on daily basis too. Feel a coffee machine for making cappuccinos etc should be in the kitchen - we all gave them at home and not a luxury item. More pegs required for drying washing outside which takes such a short time. A very good experience at Villa Supernova and with Turquoise Collection'
