Villa Hanimeli is a spacious and stylish 5 bedroom triplex villa with a private infinity pool and lovely mature gardens. Surrounded by well maintained native planting and fruit trees, the villa offers some excellent outside space and enjoys magnificent sea views from its hill-side location. It is approximately a 5 minute drive or approximately a 25 minute walk from Kalkan centre. A ground floor one- bedroom self-contained annex make this large property particularly suitable if some guests in your party would like more privacy.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi included and is arranged over three floors.
Ground floor
Bedroom 1 - A self contained annex studio is located on the ground floor with separate access to the pool terrace. The open plan annex comprises a king- sized bed, large en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a cosy lounge with kitchenette.
First floor
The main entrance to the villa is located on the first floor along with the open plan living area. The sitting room and kitchen is a bright, spacious and nicely furnished area with curved glass windows and a door which leads out to a raised, furnished terrace with sea views. Steps also lead down from this level to the pool terrace. 
The sitting room has a mounted large screen TV with English channels, DVD player, two sofas, a coffee table and a fireplace. There is also a utility room on this floor.
Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom with sea view terrace is also located on the first floor.  
Second floor
Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 - There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin on this floor. All have sea view balconies. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has a particularly large curved balcony. The other double and the twin share a family bathroom on this level.
Outdoor area
Outside space, so important in Kalkan's southern Mediterranean climate is in our opinion very good here. Mature planting, a good- sized pool and terraces make for some very pleasant places to spend time relaxing. The elevation and position of the villa also allow for evening sun.
The terrace is well-furnished with sun loungers for all guests, umbrellas, rattan seating, a shaded dining and bar area and a stone BBQ. You might want to take your sun-downer up to the roof terrace, with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, Snake and Mouse Islands and the Taurus mountains, it a great place to be particularly in the evening.
