One of 4 new villas that comprise the Turkish architect’s vision of the best aspects of traditional Turkish Mediterranean design and contemporary comfort and convenience. There is character in abundance, and some really quite wonderful spaces to enjoy both inside and outside the property.

The accommodation in more detail:

The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with one twin room, and 2 doubles with king size beds, all en-suite. The master is a spacious ground floor room with sliding doors to the pool terrace and an indulgent freestanding bath.  We think the use of wood and the high beamed ceilings are particularly attractive and the tall windows and doors let in plenty of natural light. On the first floor there is a double room with a large picture window that opens up the sea views to spectacular effect and a twin. These first floor rooms have access to a lovely wide stone and wrought iron balcony that expands into a circular sitting area.

On the ground floor a spacious open plan area comprises living and dining spaces, and a fitted kitchen fully equipped to self-cater. There is also a cinema room if you fancy a night in, and a sauna. A large picture window and glass doors that give access to the swimming pool terrace provide for plenty of light and an attractive connection between inside and outside spaces. An inner garden is a nice feature that further creates a feeling of a connection with nature.

We think that a particularly attractive feature of the property is the stone columns and arches that surround the ground floor terrace and the well chosen furnishings to enjoy outdoor spaces. There are also 2 sunbeds at the property which can be arranged in various areas of the villa as you wish. The private pool extends most of the front of the property and there is a shallow sunbathing area at one end great for keeping your toes cool while you relax.

There is parking outside the property, and Kalkan's beach, old town and harbour are around 5 minutes away by taxi/ hire car.

Throughout the house, you will find artworks dedicated to Euterpe. Each piece reflects the muse's musical and harmonious nature, prominently featuring elements such as musical notes and instruments. These artworks add a unique and personal touch to the space, celebrating Euterpe's influence on art and culture.
