Villa Berlin is situated in an elevated position on Kalkan's hillside, with panoramic views over Kalkan and out across the Aegean Sea. This bright and spacious property accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, of which 4 provide magnificent sea views, a well-furnished outdoor area and roof terrace featuring a Jacuzzi.

Located within a 15-20 minute stroll down to Kalkan's old
town.
Ground floor
Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a spacious open
plan living area comprising the kitchen, dining and lounge space.
The modern kitchen has been well-equipped to allow guests to
self-cater and is accompanied by an island with two stools and
large dining table seating up to 10 guests. The main living space
features a L-shaped sofa, coffee table and Satellite TV. This open
living area displays a delightful view out to sea with access to
the pool terrace through sliding doors.
Guests can find the first bedroom on the ground floor. This twin
bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, dressing table, wardrobe
and garden view.
There is a separate WC on this level.
First floor
The next two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These are
both double bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, dressing
table, wardrobe and private furnished balcony with views of
Kalkan's bay and the sea. The master bedroom also benefits from a
Jacuzzi bath in the ensuite.
Second floor
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One
twin and one double bedroom which share an ensuite shower room.
Each bedroom is equipped with a dressing table, wardrobe and
provides access onto the furnished roof terrace with sweeping views
over Kalkan's Bay and the sea.
Outdoor space
Villa Berlin's L8m x W4.8m x D1.7m private pool is the centre of
the outdoor space. Large parasols and ample cushioned sun loungers
line the swimming pool, whilst a swing chair and cushioned armchair
set provide further seating options for guests. Each area of the
pool terrace has been carefully thought out with the furniture
positioned to allow guests to enjoy the views over Kalkan and out
to sea.
To the side of the pool terrace guests will find an outdoor dining
area featuring a large dining table which can comfortably
accommodate 10 guests. The BBQ is located here to enable friends
and family groups to easily enjoy al-fresco dining together.
The spacious roof terrace is furnished with a swing seat,
cushioned armchair set and an outdoor Jacuzzi. This space adds
another area to the property where guests can take in the views and
relax.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Villa Berlin can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Berlin and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Berlin as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
