All four bedrooms are en-suite, above ground, light filled, have stunning sea views and are well-appointed with the top floor master suite having its own plunge pool and three balcony areas. Due to its superb position The Residence benefits from morning until evening sunshine, this combined with parking for four cars, approximately a 10-minute walk to the Thursday market and start of the restaurant area makes it the perfect location for a perfect holiday.
Ground floor
The villa is accessed via the rear of the property where there is ample parking for 4 cars. The ground floor comprises of a stunning 30ft glazed atrium which floods the open plan dining area with light. The extra-large dining table is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining and on either side there are spacious sliding doors, indoor, outdoor living areas furnished in a contemporary style. The left living area hosts the TV and music systems, coupled with a comfy L shaped sofa and armchairs, the right living area, equally as grand hosts the library and further comfy seating, perfect for an early morning coffee and read of a newspaper or a pre-dinner soiree.
The open plan kitchen is spacious, well equipped with high end Samsung appliances and kitchenware and boasts a superbly long granite breakfast bar which doubles up as a drinks area come evening. Two sets of large sliding doors open onto both the shaded BBQ and large dining terrace, the perfect set up for lazy lunches and sundown suppers.
First floor 
Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 - A glamorous sweeping spiral staircase takes guests up to a striking mezzanine overlooking the atrium, three of the four en-suite king bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master en-Suite occupying the top floor. All bedrooms at The Residence are located on the first and second floor, have super sea views and private balconies. Floor to ceiling sliding doors flood the bedrooms with light and views that perfectly capture Kalkan's snake and mouse islands. Luxurious linens and fluffy towels compliment the comfy beds and splendid walk in shower rooms.
Second floor
Bedroom 4 - The master en-suite bedroom spans the top floor providing guests with a spacious, private, sea view haven. Three sets of double sliding doors open out onto two roof terraces and a plunge pool. One terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa set which is perfect for evening drinks and nibbles whilst watching the sun set, the second terrace is furnished with a double sunbed and is fabulous for sunbathing.  Sea views can be savoured from the comfort of the king size bed and a sense of decadence prevails from the crisp linens, fluffy towels and luxurious bathroom. 
Outdoor area
Important to so many, the outdoor wrap around space has been designed to comfortably accommodate guests in several shaded and sunbathing areas. The pool terrace is furnished with ample sunbeds and parasols as well as a large outdoor lounge sofa combination. A second shady lounge area has been created in the coolness of the planted terrace, a perfect space for a relaxing away from the midday sun. The spacious alfresco dining area, BBQ and the large stone topped table offering seating for at least 10 is the perfect spot for entertaining. The terrace on the opposite side of the villa is home to a full-size outdoor table tennis table, designed to keep guests of all ages entertained and the poolside raised Jacuzzi is perfectly positioned to take in the sea views and enjoy a relaxing sundowner.
