All queries responded to very promptly. Lovely villa and apartment A few niggles as it was Turkey and to be expected. Ie hotwater wasn't always available but not a problem for us. Serkim also responded promptly to messages and sent his maintenance team to sort any problems.
I was impressed with the whole service from the moment we first contacted The Turquoise Collection. I especially appreciate when any queries are responded to promptly as was the case.
