Location 
The two villas are situated on the hillside adjacent to Hotel Villa Mahal, one of Turkey's leading boutique hotels. The villas are directly above the Mahal Beach Club whose facilities are all available to our guests staying at either Villa Ying or Yang, including the wonderful waterside restaurant. Water-taxis from Hotel Villa Mahal to Kalkan's old town and harbour are available to guests during the day, with local taxis easily arranged for the evening. 
Villa Ying and Villa Yang (as well as the other Mahal villas) are the creations of Ipek, the owner of Hotel Villa Mahal. Ipek showcases her flair for design in the villa interiors, offering contemporary spaces that include entire walls of glass to take full advantage of the breath-taking sea views. Both villas are of a considerable size and each has 2 private swimming pools on different levels, providing guests with the ideal environment to socialise or relax and enjoy the views and beautiful surroundings.
The lay-out of both villas is as follows: 
Lower ground floor 
Master bedroom - A spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which affords breathtaking sea views from the king-size bed. The contemporary en-suite bathroom provides shower & WC. French windows open onto the private balcony which then opens onto the gardens and second (larger) swimming pool and terrace. Approximate room size: 40 square meters.
Ground floor
The front door opens onto a generous, light, open-plan room with double-height ceiling divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD and CD player, dining area with seating for six people and a large fully-equipped kitchen. The complete glass frontage from this area maximises the incredible panoramic views across the bay.
A twin bedded room is also located on this level with en-suite shower & WC. A door opens out from the bedroom onto the poolside terraces. Approximate room size: 20 square meters.
First floor 
Master bedroom  - This spacious master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the king-size bed. The contemporary en-suite bathroom includes shower & WC. French windows open onto the private balcony which in turn opens onto the huge roof terrace, complete with luxurious day bed. The sea views from within and without are truly stunning. Approximate room size: 35 square meters.
Outside
The sliding glass doors open from the living area onto a large furnished terrace, ideal for al-fresco dining. A few steps lead down from the first floor living area to the top infinity pool and poolside terrace furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols for shade. A waterfall and further steps lead down to the second (& larger) private pool at ground floor level. To one end of this pool is a small garden area where a shaded hammock provides another corner in which to retreat with a book and admire the view.
