The main living areas are circular and feature a double height glass frontage which presents possibly one of the most exceptional views of Kalkan’s bay. A stay at this property combines all the benefits of villa accommodation with the facilities of the award winning, sophisticated and stylish Hotel Villa Mahal and its beach club. Memorable seascapes, and some wonderful light, in its westerly facing position are a result of clever architecture that connects you with nature and the elements to such spectacular effect here. Mature gardens with native planting extend below the villa to the private pool and furnished terrace area. The chic Mahal beach club, considered Kalkan’s best by many is just steps away.

Entrance floor
Guests enter into the open plan living and dining area with double
height circular glass frontage. Sliding glass doors and windows
along most of the width of the living area create an almost
seamless connection between inside and out. The kitchen is
beautifully fitted with ample facilities for self-catering (should
you choose to!), the indoor dining area seats 6 guests and the
lounge is home to a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat
screen TV and homely features such as books, artwork and indoor
plants. Large glass doors provide access to the villas pool
terrace.
Bedroom 1 - With a separate entrance from the terrace, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower/WC on this floor.
First floor (Mezzanine
level)
Bedroom 2 - Steps lead up to the mezzanine level where the master
bedroom looks down onto the living area and benefits from the large
windows - there are amazing views, even from the king size bed and
the en-suite bathroom.
Lower floor
Bedroom 3 - The lower floor is home to the second master bedroom
which has a king size bed and fantastic views of the bay. This
bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
Outdoor area
The swimming pool terrace has an infinity pool where guests can
enjoy the magnificent views and lush mature plantings. The terrace
also has comfortable outdoor furniture and an alfresco dining
area.

Villa Ruya can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 50% reservation deposit secures your booking.The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
