This villa is one of three that sit just above the Hotel Villa Mahal beach club in a wonderful hillside location close to the water in the Komurluk area of Kalkan. Providing generous accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedroom suites and some wonderful outside space, a stay at this property combines all the benefits of villa accommodation with the facilities of the award winning, sophisticated and stylish Hotel Villa Mahal and its beach club. Memorable seascapes, and some wonderful light, in its westerly facing position are a result of clever architecture that connects you with nature and the elements to such spectacular effect here. Mature gardens with native planting extend below the villa to the private pool and furnished terrace area. The chic Mahal beach club, considered Kalkan’s best by many is just steps away.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 levels with a roof top terrace. The property is fully air-conditioned and there is unlimited Wi-Fi provided for our guests.
Lower ground floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - A small kitchenette and bedrooms one and two can be found on this level. Both bedrooms have king-size doubles and offer spacious and well furnished accommodation with access to a wide terrace with attractive native planting and some fabulous sea views. Both of these rooms are en-suite, one of which has a bath and the other a shower.

The pool terrace can also be accessed by a few external steps down from the lower ground floor, so having the kitchenette on this level is very useful.

Ground floor - Living area
Floor to ceiling glass, sliding glass doors extend almost the full width of the living space connecting the internal living area with the terrace outside.  A fitted kitchen, equipped to self-cater, dining space and living area comprise the living area which takes up the full space of the floor. 
First floor - Master bedroom suite
Bedroom 3 - An apex ceiling adds character and a sense of space to the master bedroom which has been designed to showcase the sea views. Wooden flooring feels just right in this large whitewashed room which has an en-suite shower room, a king size bed, armchair, and storage.
Roof terrace
Exterior steps from the first floor lead up to the roof terrace, which is equipped with a BBQ, stone seating area and sun beds. It's a fabulous space to enjoy a sundowner.
