We are pleased to present Villa Grande Kalkan, which was completely renovated in 2022. The villa has a unique appearance reminiscent of classical Mediterranean architecture. Accommodating up to 14 guests in total in 7 spacious rooms with a view. The villa benefits from a private swimming pool with a view and large terrace areas, perfect for hosting private parties for both large families and groups of friends. Spectacular views can be seen from the roof terrace, a great spot for relaxing and admiring the sunset.

The villa is spread over 4 floors and arranged as follows…
Ground floor
Entering the villa from the garden, Villa Grande's living area includes an open-plan lounge and dining area. The living room offers plenty of stylish and comfortable seating with two sofas, an arm chair, fireplace, coffee table and flat screen tv. Adjacent to the living area, there is seating for 8 in the dining area and also space for 3 people on the high counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate any culinary adventure.The 7th bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility.  This is a single bedroom suitable for one guest, equipped with a wardrobe, TV, dressing area and armchair. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

First and second floor
Villa Grande has three bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. All rooms have sea views, en-suite bathrooms and silent air-conditioning units. Both floors have the same layout.
The master bedrooms located on the front facade have full sea views, balconies and king-size beds. In addition, if requested, a baby bed can be placed in these rooms. Unlike other rooms, they are equipped with a combination safe, smart TV and a silent fan. The en-suite bathrooms have a large shower and retro design ceramics.
There is a double bedroom on the right side of the villa on the second and third floor.  Each with two balconies with sea and garden views and benefit from an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing area and armchair.
On the left of the villa there are twin bedrooms, available as two single beds or a made into a double. These bedrooms also provide sea views, an ensuite bathroom, balcony, wardrobe, dressing area and armchair.

Outside
Villa Grande is located on a large area, therefore benefitting from a spacious terrace featuring a private swimming pool and multiple seating areas for guests to relax on. There is also shaded outdoor sofa and arm chair set, along with two separate dining spaces and a BBQ enabling guests to dine al-fresco. Although separated, the two dining tables could easily be arranged to seat 14 guests together.  The swimming pool offers some sea views and is lined with plenty of cushioned sun beds and parasols.

Roof terrace
Villa Grande's roof terrace provides guests with an exclusive area for relaxing and admiring a  unique sunset towards the evening hours, this view becomes quite romantic.
The floor is dedicated to a spa room fitted with a Jacuzzi bath from which guests can enjoy the sea views and a kitchenette area featuring bar stool seating, perfect for preparing and enjoying light meals. The roof terrace itself can accommodate 4 guests on sun loungers and there is a separate al-fresco dining area, all of which overlooks the Aegean Sea and Kalkan's Bay.

Important note
The pricing shown is for a maximum of 12 guests. Villa Grande will accommodate up to 14 guests, with the 14th guest on a folding trundle bed. The additional 13th and 14th guests will be subject to an additional payment of £40 per person, per night.
