The villa enjoys views of the sea and Kalkan's bay, and is located within a 5 minute walk of some of Kalkan's popular beach clubs, such as Kalkan Beach Park, Mahal Beach Club and Green Beach Club where you can enjoy a day by the sea.

Outdoor Space
Full-length sliding glass doors open out from the ground floor onto the pool terrace with views out to sea and across Kalkan's bay. The private infinity pool is accessed via roman style steps and features a shallow section with two sun loungers (a further four sun loungers are also available), a seating area with Jacuzzi jets and a deeper section for swimming. Adjacent to the infinity pool is a cushioned seating area with an extra large umbrella, enabling guests to enjoy either sun or shade and thoughtfully positoned to make the most of the views. A pergola extends out onto the other side of the pool terrace and provides a shady al-fresco dining spot from which guests can also enjoy sea views. The dining area includes a table and chairs with seating for up to 6 and a BBQ. 

Ground Floor
The open-plan ground floor comprises a comfortable living area with a SMART TV, sofa, and two armchairs surrounding a coffee table, a modern well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space with a table seating 4 guests. The entire space benefits from full-length sliding glass doors that provide easy access to the outdoor space and views of the pool, sea and mountains. 

There is also a laundry room on this level. 

First Floor
On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a private furnished balcony with partial sea views. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite shower room and a private furnished balcony with panoramic sea and mountain views. 

Second Floor
The second floor is home to the third bedroom. This is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a large  private terrace with impressive sea and mountain views, furnished with a comfortable seating set.
