Wooden stairs lead to the first floor ensuite bedrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished.

There are two ensuite doubles and an ensuite twin bedroom on this floor. Each has a furnished balcony, are fully air-conditioned and have lovely views of the sea and back to Kalkan old town.

One of the highlights of this property is its unusual amount of space that comprises a private beach platform with water access, dining and pool terrace, and a raised "garden room" great for dining and relaxing. There is a private freeform infinity pool and cushioned sunbeds and umbrellas to relax by the pool and enjoy the sea views. The garden and terraces are nicely planted which further enhances the attractive pool area and provides colour and fragrance.
