Accommodation Overview 
Offering 3 bedrooms and spacious accommodation, Villa Ayse has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas are arranged over different levels, providing guests a choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing views. Being west facing, the villa generally benefits from all day sun. Villa Ayse is located very close to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel/Beach Club in Kisla. From here, guests can take a 10 minute water taxi to the harbour and old town. 

Ground Floor
Guests can find the main living space and the twin bedroom on the ground floor. The large kitchen, equipped with everything you need to self-cater, features French windows with views of the palm tree shaded courtyard and the pool terrace, bringing the outdoors in. On the opposite side of the hallway, the dining and living area provide a welcoming space for relaxation. The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and the living room is arranged with a sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table, with a Smart TV for entertainment. French doors open out to the courtyard and pool terrace, allowing easy access to the outdoor spaces. Additionally, a separate WC is conveniently located on this floor for guests.

The twin bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and features two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and stool. This bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room. 

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Ayse is the entrance level and features two bedrooms. Stairs lead down to the ground floor living area with access to the pool terrace and gardens.

The master bedroom boasts a four-poster bed and a round Jacuzzi bathtub that adds a touch of indulgence. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, a mirror and two stools. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with twin basins. French doors open to the large, shared wood-decked balcony, offering breath-taking views over Kalkan Bay. The balcony is furnished with a wicker chaise longue, two armchairs and two stools with comfortable cushions.

The second bedroom is another double bedroom, featuring a round Jacuzzi bathtub, along with a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, a mirror and a large ottoman. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with twin basins. French windows lead out to the shared balcony, where guests can enjoy the garden and sea views.

Outdoor Space
The infinity pool is one of the many highlights of the outdoor space, with Roman-style steps at the shallow end for easy access. Three sun loungers are placed on the decking surrounding the pool, whilst below the pool, steps lead to a grassed terrace, where you will find an additional three sun loungers for even more space to unwind. To the side of the villa, a further set of stone steps lead down to the large garden with comfortable seating from which guests can soak up the sun and enjoy the views. 

A covered veranda providing space for al-fresco dining is situated at the top of the terrace, featuring a BBQ and dining table that seats up to six guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a wicker sofa and two armchairs with cushions, arranged around a glass-topped coffee table, offering another inviting spot to unwind and take in the magnificent sea views through the stone arches.

Steps lead down from the garden, across a track, and then further steps shaded by olive trees and cut into the cliff side lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun loungers and parasols with steps leading directly into the sea.

A garden courtyard is located at the back of the ground floor level and features comfortable seating, a good spot to enjoy some shade. 

Important Note
The private beach platform is shared with the two identical neighbouring villas, however there are 3 different sections on the platform and each section has 6 sun loungers for each property.
