Apartment Ruya is a contemporary first floor, two bedroom apartment located in a highly sought after location in Kalkan's old town, just a 3 minute walk from Kalkan's beach, harbour and restaurants. Built by one of Kalkan's leading developers, the complex comprises 6 apartments, all have sea views and use of a large, uniquely designed communal swimming pool.
Living area
The open plan living area comprises of the kitchen which
consists of a large fridge freezer, ample storage and a breakfast
bar with seating for four guests and the lounge area consists of an
armchair, sofa, homely furnishings and artwork. There are large
glass doors which help to fill the room with light and lead guests
from the living area to a sea view balcony.
Bedrooms
Bedroom one is to the left of the kitchen area guests will
find the first of the apartments two bedrooms. This is the master
bedroom which has a double bed, a dressing table, bedside tables, a
large sliding mirrored wardrobe and access to two private sea view
balconies through sliding glass doors. Bedroom two is to the right
of the kitchen area guests will find the second of the apartments
two bedrooms. This bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and a mounted
mirror. Guests will also find the family shower room located next
door to the twin bedroom which caters to both bedrooms.
Outside
Outside there is a large communal swimming pool shared with
five other apartments along with sun loungers and fantastic sea
views. A place to enjoy spectacular views with the atmosphere and
amenities of Kalkan's old town right on your doorstep.
Location
Apartment Ruya is located within Kalkan's old town just a
short stroll to the harbour, beach, shops and vibrant dining scene.
There are also a number of Kalkan's beach clubs located within
walking distance of the apartment where guests can spend the day
relaxing, sunbathing, enjoying water sports or indulging in local
cuisine at one of the restaurants.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Apartment Ruya can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment is in a wonderful location. We did have an issue with gaining access on our arrival, no body to meet and no key left and it took around 50 mins to resolve. We were move than happy to empty our own bins but felt only getting one clean a week and a change of bedding/towels once a week wasn't enough (we were aware of this before hand but feel an extra clean would help). Also the installation of a water cooler would be a major benefit to the apartment.
We have already booked to return to apartment Ruya for 2026!

Apartment Ruya was in a fantastic location in Old Kalkan. It was very well equipped and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable with good linen and towels. We had such great views from the balconies which were a good size for 4 people. The use of the shared pool was perfect with comfy sunbeds and cushions. I would highly recommend.
