BOOK TO STAY IN 2024 OR 2025 AND SAVE 10%! -- In a location very convenient for Kalkan's old town, the beach and shopping Villa Verbena is less than 10 minutes walk from much of what Kalkan has to offer. The property accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has a good sized private pool and plenty of sunny terrace space as well as a roof terrace.
Living area
The open plan living area comprises of a lounge, central
dining space that seats 6 guests and a well-equipped kitchen that
features an island breakfast bar. Cool stone flooring works well in
the Kalkan summer and there is access to the pool terrace through
double doors off the living area. There is plenty of natural light,
and the villa is equipped with WiFi, a smart TV that has satellite
channels. There is also a W/C on this level.
First floor
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom (can be made into a double)
with side table, wardrobe, storage, a Juliette balcony and a shower
room shared with the double bedroom. Bedroom two is a double
bedroom with side table, sea view balcony and a shower room shared
with the twin bedroom. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with
double bed facing the furnished sea view balcony, a walk-in
wardrobe, side tables, mounted mirror, storage and en-suite shower
room.
Roof terrace
On the top floor guests can take advantage of fantastic sea
views from the large roof top terrace which is furnished with a
small kitchen counter, table, and chairs.
Swimming/ dining area
Villa Verbena has a private pool and sunny terrace with
plenty of space for sunbathing. Cushioned sun beds and umbrellas
for shade are provided for all guests. The villa is equipped with a
safe, Wi-Fi and a flat screen smart TV. NB: Villa Bergamot, Villa
Misket and Villa Lamas are adjacent to Villa Verbena, all are
similar 3 bedroom villas; perfect for large families holidaying
together.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR 2024
SEASON
Please note that the view from the pool terrace of Villa Verbena
has changed and there is now a new building being constructed next
door to the villa, across the other side of the road. A bamboo
fence has been constructed on the side of the villa's pool terrace
to help provide some privacy and to block the view of the new
building. Please ask us for further information and for
images.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Verbena can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Verbena and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Verbena as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Villa verbena is a lovely villa. The pool area and rooftop terrace are great features. The interiors lovely, very high spec.
The location was great, very central to the town, very quite area and easy to walk to all amenities.
A well laid out spacious and high end property - it was literally a home from home. With a 5 minute walk to the centre it was ideally located for all. The private pool was excellent.
We originally stayed at Villa Verbena in 2012 and returned for a week in September 2015 on our recent trip to Kalkan. This Villa is fantastic. In a great location with a manageable walk not too far from town. The Villa sleeps 6 but is not too big if there is just two of you. It is absolutely immaculate and very well maintained. Great welcome from Nigel and Mel. There is a detailed information pack at the property. I highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay here again if we return to Kalkan.
