Set in a peaceful spot close to the waterfront in Kalkan, this 2 bedroom property provides panoramic, uninterrupted views of the Turquoise Coast and benefits from convenient access to Yali and Caretta beach clubs located a short stroll away, as well as Kalkan's harbour and old town which can be reached within a 12-14 minute walk. Villa Veranda is arranged over one level and comprises of modern accommodation with a large wrap-around veranda, private garden and private infinity pool.

The villa
Upon entering the villa guests will be met with a spacious, open plan space that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a warm, rustic charm, offering both contemporary style and a cosy, inviting atmosphere. The space comprises a dining area for 4 and fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge space is furnished with a sofa and two arm chairs, centred around a coffee table and facing a wall-mounted SMART TV where guests can watch Netflix, Disney+ and Prime channels. Two sets of large glass doors provide easy access to the shaded veranda from both sides of the open plan space.

The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat characterized by its use of natural materials, and features a King size bed and one single bed. The bedroom is nicely furnished with a large wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables. Large glass doors lead out to the shaded veranda where guests can find two chairs to sit and enjoy the sea and garden views. A modern en-suite shower room offers added convenience and features a unique piece of natural exposed stone in part of the wall.

The second bedroom features two single beds, a large wardrobe and bedside table. A large window and sliding glass doors allow light to flood the room and provide guests with direct access to the veranda with sea views. A separate WC and shower room is located next door to the twin bedroom. 

Outdoors
The villa's outdoor space boasts a spacious wrap-around veranda, shaded by a pergola, offering breath-taking views of Kalkan's Bay and the nearby Snake and Mouse Islands. The veranda is furnished with a comfortable outdoor seating set and an al-fresco dining table seating 4, providing a great space for admiring the views, relaxing with a refreshing drink and enjoying meals outdoors. 

Adjacent to the veranda, a charming garden area features a portable BBQ and a wooden double swing seat with a canopy and cushions for added comfort. Further up the garden path, a freshwater pool has been perfectly positioned to provide guests with mesmerising views of the bay and mountains. Four sun loungers are arranged around the pool, with a pergola providing shade from the Mediterranean sun at the top end of the pool.

Important notes
Please note that the single bed in the master bedroom is suitable for children aged 12 and under only, therefore the villa can accommodate 5 guests in total, however this would only be if at least one of the guests is aged 12 and under.
