Villa Tosca is a contemporary 3-bedroom retreat in the heart of Kalkan Centre with captivating sea and mountain views. The villa features a private infinity pool, modern interiors and well-furnished outdoor spaces including a roof terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi. Just a 15-minute walk to Kalkan’s vibrant old town, boutiques and restaurants, Villa Tosca provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests within easy reach of all that Kalkan has to offer.

Ground floor - open plan
living/dining/kitchen area:
The open-plan ground floor comprises a bright comfortable
living area with satellite TV, two sofas and an armchair
surrounding a coffee table, a sleek well-equipped kitchen, and a
dining space with a table for 6, offering views of the pool terrace
and Kalkan Bay.
First floor - double and
twin en-suite bedrooms
Ascend to the first floor, where a double room (with super
king size bed) and a twin room await, each with en-suite shower
rooms and furnished balconies to enjoy the sea and mountain
views.
Second floor - Master
bedroom suite with roof terrace
The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom,
boasting a spacious en-suite shower room, super king size bed,
a generous wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.
Expansive floor to ceiling glass doors open up the panoramic sea
views and lead out onto the spacious roof terrace where
sun-loungers, a cushioned sofa set and raised outdoor Jacuzzi
await, providing an idyllic setting to revel in the
spectacular views. A pergola is provided for shade from the
Mediterranean sun.
Outdoor
space
Outside you will find the large private infinity pool with
mosaic steps, surrounded by 6 sunbeds and 4 parasols providing
options to soak up the sun's rays or bask in the cool shade. Four
movable tables provide the perfect place for drinks, books, or
phones between the sunbeds and a rattan swing chair offers the
perfect place to relax with a good book. A bbq and dining area for
6 shaded by a pergola is ideal for alfresco meals, and a table
tennis table, table football table and dartboard are provided for a
touch of entertainment.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE - A new kitchenette is being added to the pool terrace for the 2025 season. This will be a covered area providing more shade with a gas BBQ, pizza oven and worktop.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Tosca can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Tosca and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Tosca as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Lovely villa. Exceptional pool and outside area with incredible views. Very comfortable, well equipped and spacious inside. Excellent info pack. The local property manager wasvery helpful. A very steep / fairly long walk back from town. Two small comments re possible improvements - instructions for air con would be very helpful (we couldn't understand why kept turning off (especially in the bedrooms when got light which meant bedrooms heated up very early (would be nice to be able to override this) and all bedrooms extremely light early in the ams due to the blinds.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this gorgeous villa. Views are absolutely stunning and the pool and terrace area is amazing. It was lovely having a pool large enough to have a proper swim in. The villa itself is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. All in all we had a great stay, thank you.
