Villa Mavi Ev, newly renovated for the 2025 season, combines authentic charm with a fresh, contemporary vibe. Located in the prestigious Likya estate in Kalkan, it’s just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town, known for its shops, restaurants and bars. With four bedrooms, the villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features a private heated swimming pool, a roof terrace with a bar and breath-taking views of Kalkan's bay, ample spaces for relaxing, and a table tennis table for added fun. The villa retains its Turkish Mediterranean character with blue shutters, vibrant pink bougainvillea, and local artefacts, while its recent renovation brings a touch of sophistication and bohemian style, creating a welcoming space for unwinding with family and friends.

Outside Space
Villa Mavi Ev's outdoor area offers a well-designed space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The terrace, enclosed by stone walls, features a private heated pool surrounded by six sun loungers. Next to the pool, a large corner sofa provides additional seating, while an al-fresco dining area for eight allows for comfortable outdoor meals. A stone BBQ is available for grilling. On the opposite side of the terrace, the patio area includes a breakfast table seating six and a table tennis table. 

Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Mavi Ev is an open-plan, split-level space. The main entrance and dining area are positioned on the upper level, and from here steps descend to the well-equipped kitchen and lounge space, where a large coffee table and two sofas offer a relaxed setting. Next to the lounge, there's a cosy snug with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. Large bifold doors open to the outside, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor also includes a utility room and a convenient WC. 

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. This spacious double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and is filled with natural light from two large windows that overlook the patio area. 

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Mavi Ev is home to the three remaining bedrooms, each offering a light and airy retreat. The master bedroom suite is a spacious room with an en-suite shower room featuring twin sinks, and a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, offering a view of the pool. The second bedroom is a twin room with the option to convert to a double, also with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the patio area, furnished with a table and chairs. The third bedroom is a second twin room, which does not have an en-suite but is conveniently located near a family shower room.

Roof Terrace 
Steps from the first floor lead to the large roof terrace, a true highlight of Villa Mavi Ev. This spacious terrace features a comfortable lounge area with three cushioned sofas and a coffee table. A well-equipped bar with bar stools adds to the appeal, making it a great spot for enjoying evening drinks while taking in the views of the sea, surrounding mountains, and Kalkan's bay. Guests staying in Villa Mavi Ev also have access to the large Likya estate communal pool for an additional charge. The communal pool is located just 50m from Villa Mavi Ev and is accompanied by a cafe serving drinks and snacks.
