Ground floor

The space comprises a fully equipped kitchen enabling guests to self-cater accompanied by a spacious dining area seating up to six. The lounge area keeps guests' comfort in mind with two large sofas and two armchairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV. Two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors allow the natural light to flood in, provide guests with convenient access to the pool terrace and offer views of the sea and Kalkan's coastline.

Bedroom 1 - This bedroom features twin beds, a bedside table, wardrobe and an en-suite. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to a garden area with direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and an en-suite. This room has floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a private partial sea view balcony.

Outdoor space
A spacious terrace facing out towards the bay and Kalkan's harbour extends out in front of the villa and provides different areas for relaxing. Located to one side of the terrace and underneath the pergola is an al-fresco dining table seating up to six guests, whilst a large cushioned sofa and coffee table have been carefully positioned to maximise the views of the bay, and provide a wonderful spot to enjoy views of the array of boats heading to and from the harbour each day with a cool drink in hand.  Five steps decend to the lower level of the terrace where the private infinity pool is situated. The pool is a good size and sun loungers, parasols and a cushioned swing seat are provided for relaxing after a refreshing dip.

Location
The premium location of the Margini Villas close to the sea allows for easy access to the harbour, beach and the old town dining scene via the harbour road (a pleasant walk by the sea). The Yali Beach Club is also very close by.
