This is the ideal location for a quieter getaway whilst also being close to the popular amenities of Kalkan, a short 5-10 minute stroll takes you to the popular dining scene and scenic harbour.

The property itself is well designed and homely with plenty of space for up to 6 guests. The pool is large with views of greenery and partial sea views over Kalkans harbour. The property is split across three floors and is arranged as follows:
First floor
As you walk into the villa, there is an open plan layout. Within this space is a roomy kitchen with an island centred in the middle. On the island is a gas hob and a sink. There is also an oven, microwave and fridge freezer within this area. There is plenty of cupboard space within the kitchen and a dining room table with 6 chairs.
On this floor is also the homely living area with a traditional feel, this room has access to the pool terrace area through glass doors. There is a tv, one larger sofa, two chairs and a coffee table. There is also a bathroom located on this floor.
First floor
As you go up the wooden stairs from the living area there are two well sized bedrooms both with king sized beds, an ensuite bathroom and a furnished balcony. The rooms are equipped with a bedside table and wardrobe. The balcony can be accessed by glass doors, this leads to a table and chairs with lovely views of the surrounding area.
Second floor
On this final floor is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bedside table and wardrobe. This room has a well sized terrace which can be accessed via a glass door, there is a L shaped outdoor sofa, a parasol and coffee table, there is also no need to go down to the kitchen as there is a kitchenette with a fridge on this floor, ideal for soaking up the sunshine with a fantastic sea view over Kalkans Bay.
Outdoor area
The outside area benefits from greenery and partial sea views, there are plenty of furnishings to enjoy the sunshine (or the shade), these include 6 sunbeds, a cushioned outdoor dining area and another cushioned sofa with a table area situated at a higher level which can be access by a few steps. There is also a well sized swimming pool.
